National Account Executive - Foodservice

However, we know we’ve just scratched the surface and we’re looking for a mid-level National Account Executive as we enter our next phase of rapid growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a driven, proactive National Account Exec who can hit the ground running and play a crucial role in strengthening key relationships, bringing in new end-customers and driving growth. Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing joint business plans with key accounts to drive performance and hit ambitious growth targets.
* Identifying and securing new end customers, particularly within Foodservice, contract catering and Food-To-Go channels.
* Getting in front of current and existing customers at trade events, lunch-and-learns and pitch meetings.
* Handling key account admin, including invoices, commercial agreements, and performance tracking.
* Conducting internal reporting, sales analysis, and presentations for both internal teams and external customers.
ABOUT YOU
To apply for this role you need to have:
* Minimum 2 years experience as Business Development Manager / Field Sales Manager in UK FMCG.
* Have a proven track record in managing key accounts and driving sales growth in UK Foodservice.
* Understanding of key route to markets for Foodservice / Impulse / Convenience.
* Possess structured selling skills with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
* Be an excellent communicator, capable of developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
* You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment as part of a small team.
Location: Hybrid - 2 days/week in our Farringdon office.
Travel: In addition to the 2 days/week in our office, this role will require regular site visits, face-to-face customer meetings and trade shows.
