Public Services Lecturer
Full Time 5 Days a week
Start date: September
Location: W2 1NB
Contract: Temporary
Key responsibilities
1. To course lead a programme or programmes of study in Public Services ensuring high levels of achievement and success.
2. To course lead a programme or programmes of study in Early Years ensuring high levels of achievement and success.
3. Contribute to the delivery, tracking and monitoring of functional skill performance amongst cohorts of students in Early Years.
4. Tutorship of students, giving appropriate support to enable students to achieve their academic and vocational targets.
5. Contribute to the development and continual improvement of courses, coordinating effectively with both staff and students
Skills & experience
6. Degree in related discipline a post-graduate teaching degree
7. Must have accessor Qualification
8. Right to Work & Enhanced Adult/Child DBS dated within the last 3 months or on the update service
9. Knowledge of teaching styles recommended.
10. Excellent interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
11. Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations
12. Ability to inspire and motivate students.
13. Strong multitasking skills
