Job Title: Facilities Project Manager (Hard Services)(Temporary Contract 6 months)Location: Bolton/ RochdaleHourly Rate: £35 per hour (in scope of IR35 paid via umbrella)

THE ROLEThe role requirement is for a Facilities Project Manager based on a live project to oversee the install of theatre equipment for a hospital ward refurbishment near the Bolton/Rochdale area. Main duties of the role include:
1. Leadership: Act as the senior representative, making decisions and accepting responsibility for project outcomes.
2. Sub-contractor Management: Define roles, ensure sub-contractors comply with health and safety legislation.
3. Contract Negotiations: Secure favourable terms and outcomes.
