About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Delivery Team. In this role, you'll provide crucial support in the delivery of AI projects and products to our public sector clients. Working closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, and the wider delivery team, you'll facilitate day-to-day project activities, maintain project and product tools and documentation, and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities · Facilitate SCRUM meetings including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives · Create and maintain action and decision logs for all project & product related meetings · Set up, maintain, and close projects in project management systems · Create and update user stories and maintain project & product backlogs · Coordinate resources and dependencies across projects · Support project reporting and status updates · Assist with documentation creation, proof-reading, and version control · Provide general administrative support to the wider delivery team · Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills and Experience · Minimum 1 year in project coordination or similar role · Strong organisational and administrative skills · Excellent attention to detail and follow-through capabilities · Experience with project management tools, particularly Monday.com · Understanding of Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities · Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement · Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities Qualifications · PRINCE2 Foundation (Desired) What We Offer · Flexible and remote working options · Enhanced pension scheme (5% employer contribution) · 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays · £1,200 annual work-from-home allowance · Private healthcare package (Vitality) Eligibility Requirements Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
