Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products, materials, and equipment meet the required standards and specifications. The Inspector will work closely with production teams to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process. Responsibilities: Conduct inspections of products, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications Identify and report any defects or non-conformities to production teams Work with production teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results Communicate inspection findings to management and other stakeholders Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during inspections Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with industry standards and regulations Proficient in the use of inspection tools and equipment Desirable Skills: CMM Programming using Hexagon CMMs and PCDMIS software. Romer arm experience including scanning head. Optical CMM experience. Good Microsoft office skills especially Excel. Inspection manager or similar digital FAIR software experience.
