Position Overview
The Brand Manager - Offline Marketing will be responsible for driving the offline brand strategy, executing marketing campaigns, and actively contributing to sales performance. The Brand Manager will play a key role in executing high-impact marketing initiatives that support both the brand's growth and revenue generation goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Offline Marketing Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive offline marketing strategy that supports brand goals while driving sales and customer acquisition.
* Sales-Driven Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and manage offline marketing campaigns (residential, events, retail and B2B) that elevate brand awareness and convert leads into sales opportunities.
* Lead Generation & Conversion: Leverage offline marketing channels to generate qualified leads, nurturing those leads through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and increase conversion rates.
* Brand Positioning and Consistency: Ensure that all offline marketing activities reflect the company’s values, messaging, and visual identity, maintaining a cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints.
* Sales Reporting & Performance Metrics: Track and report on the sales performance resulting from offline campaigns. Use data and analytics to optimize campaign strategies and improve conversion rates.
* Market Research & Sales Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends. Use insights to improve offline marketing strategies that drive both brand loyalty and sales growth.
* Event & Sponsorship Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events, trade shows, and sponsorships, driving direct sales opportunities and fostering deeper customer relationships.
