We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee supported living operations across Cheshire, Oldham, and Stoke, supporting adults with learning disabilities.
You will need to travel to the office in Cheshire twice a week
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager
Take on the role of Registered Manager directing the day-to-day running of the service to ensure the provision of high quality, safe care and support in accordance with CQC standards;
Manage and support a team to deliver high-quality care services within supported living settings for adults with learning disabilities.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships.
Oversee budgeting, staffing, and service development.
Registered Manager Requirements:
Management experience within the Health and Social Care, ideally in residential services;
Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards this;
Able to demonstrate knowledge of the current CQC care standards in order to help ensure our service is Safe, Caring, Effective, Responsive and Well-led;
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care setting, ideally with expertise in supported living for adults with learning disabilities.
Strong knowledge of health and social care regulations.
