We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Yorkshire Endoscopy Training Academy (YETA) team and provide administration support to the team.
You will work closely with the Academy Manager and Immersion Admin coordinator to help direct and develop a program of learning for regional Endoscopy training across Pan-Yorkshire.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting communication and organizing the logistics of endoscopy training amongst the various stakeholders and stakeholder organizations that contribute to YETA. This will involve monitoring the delivery of KPIs across the region and escalating any concerns.
This is a unique position and you will have an opportunity to help shape the role as we continue to develop the Academy.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will support the delivery of the curriculum as defined by the YETA (Yorkshire Endoscopy Training Academy).
This role will work closely with the Academy Training Manager in providing administration and coordination of services and training delivery across the Pan-Yorkshire region.
The post holder will be responsible for collecting and presenting quality assurance data for analysis by the YETA training committee.
The post holder will be responsible for establishing communication links across YETA to ensure any changes are communicated effectively across the region. This can involve complex process changes, sensitive material, and various reports. You will need to ensure that this information is communicated in a way that engages the recipients, ensures the message is received/understood, and provides reassurance.
You will also be responsible for producing and maintaining SOPs in relation to the administration of the Pan Yorkshire Training Academy and Immersion Centre.
Organize and attend internal and external meetings as required, ensuring accurate action logs and/or minutes are taken.
You will also provide cross-cover support to the Endoscopy Immersion Admin Coordinator if necessary.

This vacancy is advertised on a fixed-term contract basis for a period of one year due to the post being externally funded. The fixed-term contract status of the post holder will be reviewed in accordance with the Trust's legal obligations regarding fixed-term contracts, taking into consideration the ongoing source of the external funding and the requirement for the post to be maintained.

Education and Qualifications
* Diploma in Business Administration or comparable experience
* Evidence of continuing personal development
* Management and/or leadership training and/or qualification or equivalent
Experience
* An awareness of and an ability to work with differing stakeholder organizations to deliver a service
* Experience of interpreting complex data and production of high-quality performance reports using spreadsheets and graphical presentation
* Experience of using virtual platforms such as Microsoft Teams
* Awareness of inspection and accreditation processes relevant to the service
* Experience of Health Service administration or experience within a comparable sector
* Has administered an educational program within the NHS
* Has administered within endoscopy and is familiar with its management and structure
