We are currently looking to hire a Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our Corporate Team in Hereford, UK.
This position requires working a Hybrid Schedule from our Hereford, UK Headquarters. Candidates must be able to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Analysts are keenly aware of geopolitical risks, and they assess how those risks might impact global operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Review intelligence reports for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client tradecraft/intelligence report standards.
* Coordinate and assign work projects to team members.
* Liaise with operations team members to accomplish assignments and team projects.
* Onboard new analysts to client systems and train them on Concentric tools and intelligence methodology.
* Assess risks and threats, monitor social media, analyze the risk profile of company assets or events, situational crisis monitoring, and other support as needed, referencing publicly available information.
* Demonstrate strong analytical skills and global awareness to craft clear, insightful geopolitical assessments for corporate clients, including monitoring international developments, evaluating political and security risks, and translating complex global events into actionable intelligence that informs client decision-making.
* Identify trends and forecast impacts on corporate operations, reputation, and travel. Experience producing tailored briefings and written products for business audiences is essential.
* Assist team members by performing the initial collection of intelligence points as requested to support intelligence research and production.
* Develop and maintain intelligence processes to meet changing requirements and prevent strategic surprise.
* Conduct research on international locations where clients may visit, including crime and safety risks, political stability, travel safety regarding hotels and event venues, local customs and courtesies, and transportation best practices.
* Provide data-driven analytic assessments about potential operational and strategic threats or risks to the company.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master's degree in political science, international affairs, economics, business, or related field, or 7-10+ years of related experience providing intelligence or risk analysis.
* Ability to meet client needs, including working nights and/or weekends to accommodate event support.
* Strong communication skills and the capacity to assimilate intelligence content from numerous sources into products that effectively communicate risk and threat environments.
* Ability to effectively assess and evaluate sensitive situations and quickly respond to critical issues.
* Demonstrated ability to transform data and technical details into actionable insights for stakeholders.
* Ability to travel 25% of the time.
* This position requires working a Hybrid Schedule from our Hereford, UK Headquarters, at least 3 days per week.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master's degree in a related field or 7-10+ years of related experience providing intelligence or risk analysis.
* Experience with the intelligence cycle.
* Experience with private sector consulting, advisory, or high-tech companies.
* Experience leveraging technological resources for research and analysis.
* Demonstrated ability to create data-driven insights based on an understanding of stakeholder needs.
