We seek a highly organised Operations Manager with strong finance and administration skills to streamline operations. This role connects finance, sales, production, customer success, and suppliers while managing multiple international projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Coordinate with department heads, using PM tools and Gantt charts to track and complete multiple projects (6-7) on time and within budget.
* Strategic Coordination: Act as the link between finance, sales, production, suppliers, international partners, and customers.
* Team Leadership: Work with the Managing Director to drive business growth, lead hiring, and develop a high-performing operations team.
* Operational Setup: Oversee the establishment of new offices domestically and internationally, ensuring compliance.
* Performance Metrics: Implement and monitor KPIs to drive strategic improvements.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure alignment with company goals across internal teams and external partners.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks.
* Compliance & HR: Ensure adherence to legal, ISO, and safety standards while managing HR responsibilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven Operations Manager experience with financial and administrative expertise.
* Strong project management skills, proficient in Gantt charts and multitasking.
