Airplay is the RAF Benevolent Fund's (RAFBF) flagship youth support programme. Airplay clubs are delivered by YMCA at 23 RAF Stations across the UK, providing a range of groups, activities and opportunities for children and young people aged from 5 up to 18.
Hours and pay: we need you to join us as the Station Youth Worker at High Wycombe and Medmenham, leading your team of youth workers to deliver youth and play work sessions 3 times a week, including Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Delivery times during school holidays may differ as per the needs of the community. The successful candidate will create suitable holiday provisions alongside the Airplay staff team, young people and their families, and local RAF Community Support team.
The role is for 25 hours a week. Planning, preparation, and administration times can be flexible and agreed with your line manager. Salary: £26,398.00 (pro rata) - £17,598.67 per annum.
This is a Part Time role with an opportunity for overtime as and when required.
