The Role:
This graduate role will ensure you gain a wide range of retail account management experience skills through continuous on the job development with coaching and mentoring. Your role will see you tackle a wide range of business challenges in a busy meat production environment. Some of your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing support on a major UK retail supermarket’s customer account;
2. Building strong relationships with customer and key account stakeholders;
3. Supply chain communications;
4. Coordinating production with sales and assessing costings of new and ongoing business;
5. Ensuring customer requirements are met;
6. Retail planning;
7. Accurately costing new products;
8. Category insights;
9. Working alongside technical and NPD departments on new products.
The ideal candidate will have or demonstrate:
1. Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or other related discipline;
2. Strong financial understanding and business acumen;
3. Highly motivated, ambitious and commercially minded;
4. Excellent time management;
5. Strong communication skills;
6. Excellent attention to detail;
7. Good IT knowledge of Microsoft Office;
8. Ability to adapt to change in highly competitive fast paced environment;
9. Understanding of team dynamics, demonstrating the ability to work as an active and constructive member of a team with a professional enthusiastic attitude;
10. The applicant must have the right to work in UK.
