We’re looking for a Product Manager to join us at our Business Centre based in Bradford (BD4). We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Technology function, to help us build, launch and enhance innovative products that meet the needs of our customers. As a Product Manager, you will work with the Senior Product Manager and Liberty Blume Business Solutions teams to support the strategy for Product Management. You will be key in supporting across the entire product lifecycle, including the product roadmap, from its conception to launch and ongoing evolution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritise customer requirements, define the product vision, and oversee the development and launch of new products. You will also support measuring and analysing product performance What will you be doing? Conduct market research, user studies, and competitor analysis to identify market needs and product opportunities. Support the evolution of the product roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic goals. Enable the product vision and roadmap from PoC, MVP and versions of product Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, technology, design, marketing, sales, commercial and operations to define product requirements and specifications and prioritise these Support the product development process, overseeing design, development, testing, and launch. Support product launches, working closely with the brand & marketing teams, sales teams and operational teams to ensure successful execution and adoption. Analyse product performance, user feedback, and market trends to iterate and improve the product continually Act as a key point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the product space Support Product Delivery roadmap to time, cost and quality measures We tend to look for people with: ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES: Experience in product management, with a successful track record of bringing products to market. Understanding of product development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and a user-centric approach to product development. Proficiency in project management and product management tools Proven experience working with technologies and delivering digitisation projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrable stakeholder management skills including exposure to the Senior Leadership Team Resilience – organised, motivated and adaptable in the face of changing priorities. Attention to detail – gets things right first time through effective self-review, and by critically challenging data inputs and explanations. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of Hyperscaler platforms, with Google Cloud Platform (e.g. Vertex AI) desired Understanding of technical languages / libraries such as Python & React Understanding of technical architecture, including on-prem & cloud Experience in a startup / scale-up environment What’s in it for you?
