GSL Education are currently working closely with a SEN school in Romsey. We're seeking a dedicated Learning Support Worker focusing on SEN to support students of various age groups. Bring your passion for inclusivity and contribute to creating an environment where every student can thrive.
The school is looking for a calm, caring, and highly motivated individual who is very understanding. Experience in a school environment is desirable but work experience that can be adapted is accepted.
This Role includes:
* Supporting the teaching and learning of students with SEN
* Working closely with pupils that display challenging behaviour and emotional difficulties
* Working in classrooms supporting Teachers and fellow Learning Support Workers
* Full time is preferred but part-time applicants may still apply, as job shares can be available
