Wheelock Primary School is looking to appoint a positive and energetic Play Worker for our Out of School Club called The Hive. The successful candidate will love working with children and be able to support the ethos of our school; providing the best care possible for all the children. They will have responsibilities including taking the younger children from to their classrooms in time for registration; helping to serve and supervise breakfast and supporting the children in their play A level 2 childcare qualification or equivalent is desirable. A current Paediatric First Aid Certificate and Food Hygiene Certificate are desirable but not essential. Willingness to gain these certificates is essential.
