We are currently looking for a responsible and committed Administrator to join our National Account Department, supporting the Internal Account managers with a wide range of responsibilities relating to our major customer accounts throughout the UK.

We are looking for a competent administrator who can take on various tasks relating to the management of our key customer accounts within the UK business. Many of these customers are household names, and with expectations to match so we need a responsible person who wants to take ownership of these clients and so we can ensure we meet their expectations.
You will be responsible for all internal and external communications with these clients, ranging from gathering our performance data from the clients, to processing client orders, quotations and reporting, to preparing and checking invoicing and dealing with billing queries using the client’s own on-line reporting systems, or working with our own in-house systems, as well as helping out with incoming calls to the department.
We need someone who is organised and structured, has an excellent eye for detail and deal with a number of tasks accurately and competently on a daily basis. This is a great role if you like to be busy and see yourself as somone who likes to colaborate with others, as well as solving problems and finding solutions.
An experience that matters: Your Skills
1. Previous experience managing both customer portals and using a CRM system,
2. Strong administration skills utilising MS Office products.
3. confident in communicating with customers and colleagues
