We're pleased to be working exclusively with our instantly recognisable client, who is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, based in Exeter, Devon. Eligibility to work in the UK is a must.
This job would suit someone with minimum 3-5 years of experience in a revenue management role, ideally from a branded environment. You should have the ability to adapt and navigate new systems efficiently while managing revenue for an exciting new hotel.

The successful individual will have strong leadership skills in order to motivate and empower team members. Excellent communication skills are essential, and you must be able to work efficiently and effectively to a deadline, alone as well as part of a team. This Revenue Manager must have experience in achieving revenue budgets across rooms. In addition to having this experience, you’ll be an exceptional problem solver who is equally as brilliant at bringing a dynamic approach to all that you do. Experience with an RMS and Opera PMS is essential.
