Job responsibilities
We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
Youll be working42 hours per week at Cygnet Gledholt. This will be a mixture of days and nights (12 hour shifts).
Gledholt is an enhanced community residential service providing outcome focused support for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.
Your day-to-day
1. Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
2. Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
3. Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
4. Assist with medical & welfare needs
5. Report on medical & welfare needs as required
6. Safeguard
7. Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
