The Role
As a Sales and Marketing Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales and marketing functions through various administrative and customer-focused tasks. Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in details and pricing according to agreed terms.
2. Updating and maintaining CRM customer records with relevant information.
3. Coordinating with the production team on delivery schedules.
4. Acting as the primary point of contact for customer communications, ensuring timely responses and assisting the Sales Manager in managing accounts.
5. Overseeing the progress of orders, including arranging dispatch.
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships across the company and with external stakeholders.
7. Preparing and following up on quotations.
8. Producing basic costings for repeat parts.
9. Managing the online shop for stock products.
The Candidate
* Previous experience in a sales administration role.
* A background in engineering or manufacturing (preferred but not essential).
* Stable career history.
* A confident telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
* Strong communication abilities and attention to detail.
* Good GCSE results in English and Maths.
The Package
The salary for this position is £23,000–£32,000 (depending on experience), plus a 25% bonus for candidates who meet all key qualifications and competencies.
