HR Officer JACE Clinic Lead, inspire, and shape our workforce. JACE Clinic is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Officer to oversee and enhance our people strategies, ensuring our team thrives in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management. Oversee training, development, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws, data protection, and health and safety regulations. Provide strategic guidance to senior management on workforce planning and organizational development. Essential Skills and Qualifications: HR Expertise Proven experience in a managerial HR role, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. CIPD Qualification Level 5 or Level 3 with 2 years relevant experience OR 5 years experience in a HR role GCSEs or equivalent Maths and English Strong Communication Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build relationships at all levels. Leadership Skills Ability to lead and inspire teams while fostering a positive workplace culture. Problem-Solving Ability Capable of handling complex issues with discretion, efficiency, and fairness.
