Position:Administrator Client Services Location: Redhill, Surrey Work Model: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am 5pm A long-established international energy management consultancy working with large, multi-site clients, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join their invoice validation service team. You will be an integral part of their operations, working within a small, specialist team to deliver exceptional service to our major clients. The role involves reviewing and resolving queries related to supplier invoices, troubleshooting inconsistencies, and collaborating with energy suppliers and clients to rectify billing issues. Key Responsibilities: * Investigate and resolve inconsistencies on utility invoices by liaising with suppliers and clients * Ensure timely processing of invoices and credit notes in line with KPIs * Validate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy in data entry and troubleshooting any errors * Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth operational workflows
