Job Title: Senior Residential Childcare Practitioner Location - Burton on Trent Salary - £37,000 including £70 per sleep-in with an average of 11 per month Service: Children's Residential Care Home Service Users: YP with various needs; EBD, CSE, CCE Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care Experience: At least 1 years' experience relevant to residential care in the last 5 years Employment Type: Full Time/ Permanent The Opportunity Excellent opportunity for an experienced, qualified candidate to join the team in one of our client's children's residential homes. Our client takes EBD Referrals and the YPs are 6 to 17 on Admission. The referrals are deemed to be low to medium risk. This is a role that specialises in supporting Children and Young People who have suffered early life trauma, neglect, or abuse and may display challenging behaviours.
