Role Profile - Operations Manager Caretaking Service Estates & Open Spaces To be considered for the role candidates will need to D emonstrate: Strong leadership and management abilities with a focus on accountability, compliance and achieving business goals as "one L&Q". Effectively Line manage Team Leaders to ensure Estate Service functions can drive improvement, fast, for residents, growing their capacity to ensure their teams deliver a first-class customer service that meets with the Customer Promise and prevents service failure. Ensure the quality of all services are effectively managed through monitoring and evaluation of all relevant key performance indicators and customer satisfaction ensuring this is in line with organisational objectives. Nurture relationships with other service leads to promote the service and highlight challenges, collaborating to ensure we are delivering the highest possible standard of service to customers. Maintain routine touchpoints with Housing Management, Direct Maintenance, Health and Safety and Corporate Services. An excellent knowledge of the London boroughs would be beneficial to the role.
