About the Company
We are seeking several ERP Business Analyst, with expertise in the Finance Cashing space to support our digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidates will have strong technical and functional experience across O2C, S2C, and P2P processes, as well as hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CPQ, and Integration Architecture. You will play a key role in gathering, analysing, and defining business requirements for financial processes, working closely with business and technical teams to ensure the successful integration of finance systems.
Responsibilities
* Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Finance domains.
* ERP Implementation experience, especially with Oracle Fusion Finance (O2C, S2C, P2P) experience is essential.
* Knowledge of Salesforce integration within financial processes.
* Integration Architecture expertise (APIs, Middleware, ETL tools).
* Experience with data mapping, transformation, and system migrations.
* Proven experience in O2C, S2C, and P2P process optimisation.
* Ability to define and document business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
* Experience working in an Agile and Waterfall environments.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
* Certifications in Oracle, Salesforce, or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, BCS, or PMI-PBA) are desirable.
* Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or Product Owner).
