Stonehouse Court Hotel is a 17th century Manor House Hotel comprising of 36 bedrooms, three bars, a 60 seater brasserie, and a banqueting space to cater for weddings and events of up to 120 guests or more. Spring 2025 sees the opening of additional new luxury bedrooms and ambitious plans for our menu offerings and kitchen team.
With growth in the hotel, comes growth within the kitchen. As such we are looking now for a talented Chef de Partie with passion and ambition, to join our talented kitchen team. Our highly experienced Head Chef and her brigade are passionate about food, produce and service and are driven on raising the bar for all food offerings at Stonehouse Court.

You will be joining a well established team at Stonehouse Court, who have been at the hotel for more than 5 years, comprising of:
* Head Chef
* Sous Chef
* 2 x CDP
* 3 x Commis Chefs
The ideal candidate must have similar experience previously, with an excellent attitude to providing good quality food with a keen eye for detail. Fair working hours, the ideal situation for a talented chef who wants a life outside of work as well!

Requirements:
The ideal person will have at least a year’s experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties will include:
1. Ensure all dishes are prepared using fresh produce, combining contemporary flavours with traditional techniques.
2. Ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is of a high standard and complies with food safety regulations.
3. To support the achievement of budget food gross profit.
4. To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the Kitchen operation.
5. To ensure the Company Healthy and safety, food safety and COSHH legislation is adhered to.
