This role involves creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and supporting users to ensure efficient and effective use of Oracle systems. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle applications and demonstrate excellent communication and instructional skills.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in training, with a focus on Oracle applications or similar ERP systems.
Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle applications (Oracle HCM, Oracle Cloud, etc.).
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex information and adapt to different learning styles.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Oracle systems or instructional design.
Experience in change management or user adoption strategies.
