Administrative Position (Construction) £23,000 - £27,000 Depending on Project Admin Experience We are seeking experienced administrative staff to support/join our professional project management team in managing and planning construction/repair works throughout NI. This role offers excellent opportunity for career progressionand is perfect for the individual who aspires to become a project coordinator or Project Manager This role is a full time/permanent in person post. Duties Include - Provide administrative support for multiple works including data entry ensuring accuracy and adherence to Service Level Agreements. Process incoming calls and e-mails, ensuring customer queries addressed or directed as appropriate. Communication - Serve as a liaison between the project management team, customers,loss adjusters, surveyors, engineers, and trades through clear communication and timely updates to help schedule works and site visits ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Customer Service FocusMaintain smooth communication between all parties to achieve speedy resolution of any issues or discrepancies Schedulesurveys, inspections, work start dates etc in liaison with project managers and update client data base with accurate record of all transactions Assistwith the procurement of materials and supplies, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery to site within budget. Managefollow up of Subcontractors, trades, engineers and suppliers to ensure compliance with service standards and time frame. Support the management team in all daily operations You Will Need To Be - Professional - in your approach to all tasks and responsibilities Focused -Being aware of works underway and monitoring/updating Confident -In dealing with subcontractors, trades, customers. Calmand able to maintain priorities under pressure Organisedand able to undertake logical planning IT Proficientwith spreadsheets / word processing Able to demonstrate previous relevant experience.
