Birthday Leave Guarantee: Take your birthday off or save the leave for another time What your typical day looks like: Managing multiple Excel spreadsheets and HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Processing all monthly payroll items for employees in line with policy and payroll deadlines. Handling and producing correspondence for all Change of Circumstances in a timely manner. Inputting and maintaining payroll-related trackers (e.g., Maternity, RTW, new starters, etc.) with attention to detail and accuracy. Creating and maintaining employment contracts for changes. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with GDPR, CQC requirements, and best practices. Carrying out monthly professional registration checks (e.g., GMC, NMC) and updating HRIS and staff files. Managing Human Resources Mailboxes, answering queries consistently and in a timely manner. Supporting People & Culture Advisors with non-complex casework where required. To be a successful Employee Relations Administrator, you will need: Good general standard of education, including English GCSE or equivalent. Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency - please specify which formulas you are comfortable using. High-level IT proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong HR Administration skills with a minimum of 1 years' experience in an HR environment. Experience of GDPR and file management/maintenance. Experience managing multiple sources of information and handling conflicting priorities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach.
