Lecturer - Employability and Progression We are looking for an Employability and Progression Lecturer to join our Progression to FE and Routes Lecturer team. This is a 35 hours per week, full-time, permanent role offering a salary of £30,202 - £41,769 (pro rata) per annum. Why Join Us? Job Purpose: To assist in the development, organisation and management of high-quality teaching and learning in the area of Employability and Progression Skills and Qualifications: Hold a teaching qualification. Hold a degree or equivalent qualification Have current teaching or training experience with L1/NEET learners Experience of developing and delivering, differentiated learning materials and/or innovative curriculum and learning materials which meet the needs of students Able to motivate and engage students. Capable of identifying learning needs and developing learning materials to suit identified needs.
