The Consultant Practitioner role strengthens clinical leadership in our services, including developing specialist and advanced practice in the Trust and a vacancy has arisen for this post within the Humber and North Yorkshire area. The post holder will be instrumental in our clinical engagement with health, social care and tri-services partners in the delivery of integrated care and play a key part in influencing the clinical direction of our organisation. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background within the field of pre-hospital urgent and emergency care. They will be highly experienced clinicians, with well-developed leadership skills and a strong track record of collaborative working to drive improvements in patient care. Main duties of the job The post holder will be a key player in our area leadership team and act as our senior representative of the Trust in clinical networks across the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care System (ICS) area, working across teams to influence clinical strategy and the development of patient care. The postholder will work within a matrix structure, playing a key part in leading, influencing and delivering the clinical direction for the organisation. The work will be primarily within the defined area of an Integrated Care System footprint but the post will also contribute significantly to clinical leadership across the Trust.
