Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and hardworking individual to join our team as a Lettings Negotiator. This varied role will involve both in-office and fieldwork, providing a comprehensive understanding of the industry. If you are enthusiastic, willing to learn, and ready to build a rewarding career, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
2. Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about properties.
3. Negotiate offers between applicants and Landlords to achieve the best possible outcomes.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
5. Market properties through various channels, including online listings and direct outreach.
6. Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing property documents and contracts.
7. Stay updated on local real estate market trends and developments.
Requirements:
1. Must have a valid driver's license and use of a car.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Confidence in meeting and engaging with new people.
4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
5. Self-motivated and ambitious with a desire to succeed.
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
