We are looking for someone with a talent for engaging students and fostering a supportive learning environment. Day-to-day of the role: Plan and deliver tailored English lessons to KS3 students with SEMH needs. Create a supportive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth. Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized feedback to foster development. Develop and implement effective strategies to support students' social and emotional development. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for students. Participate actively in school events and extracurricular activities to enhance the educational experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English or Education (required). Teaching certification (preferred). Experience working with students with SEMH needs (preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills.
