Job Description
* Develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with business objectives
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
* Lead on redundancy, restructure, TUPE
* Lead and deliver on HR projects
* HR policies, procedures, handbooks
* Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention
* Provide day-to-day performance management guidance
* Collaborate with colleagues in the HR department to monitor, review, and update all HR policies in accordance with current legislation
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
* A degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management - desirable
* Managed complex ER casework
* Led on redundancy, restructure, TUPE
* Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
* In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
