NEW BUSINESS PROCESSING TEAM LEADER LEICESTER ROLE SUMMARY We're looking for a Team Leader to join us at Simplify from our Leicester site. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of Processing Assistants or Sales Support Advisors to ensure the efficient and accurate handling of conveyancing transactions. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a high standard of service delivery, achieving team targets, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. The Team Leader will be a key link between the team and management, providing support, feedback, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. DUTIES INCLUDE Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of Processing Assistants/Sale Support Advisors Set clear performance expectations and targets for the team and individuals. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address challenges. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes teamwork and professional development. Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of sales processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Monitor and manage workflow to meet service level agreements and targets. Implement and enforce standardised procedures to optimise the sales processing workflow. Collaborate with other departments to streamline interdepartmental processes. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on processed transactions and conversations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance performance and quality of work. Identify and address areas of improvement in processes to enhance overall efficiency and accuracy. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for new team members. Conduct ongoing training to keep the team informed of changes in regulations, processes, and industry best practices. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to support their professional growth. Communication and Reporting: Act as a liaison between the team and management, providing regular updates on team performance. Generate and analyse reports to assess team productivity and identify areas for improvement. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration. Any other duty as assigned by your line manager.
