Role Purpose
We are seeking an ambitious Corporate Tax Senior Manager / Director to join our high-performing tax compliance and advisory team to support significant growth plans. You will be an integral part of the team responsible for:
1. Overseeing all corporation tax matters for a portfolio of larger corporate clients alongside delivery of corporate tax / OMB tax advisory projects.
2. Taking a leading role in business development, proposals and networking events and making a significant contribution to the overall future development and success of the wider firm.
3. Training, developing and supporting a growing team, being a mentor and sharing your skillset and knowledge within corporation tax.
4. Building an external network of peers and maintaining an understanding of the breadth of the firm’s capability and general business and economic factors relevant to our clients.
5. Staying abreast of the latest changes in tax legislation and producing thought leadership/technical content regularly.

Required knowledge, skills and experience
1. Significant experience at Manager / Senior Manager level within Corporate Tax delivering on both tax compliance and advisory projects within practice;
2. Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax;
3. Passion for building strong client relationships, business development / identifying potential fee-earning opportunities;
4. Self-starter and inquisitive;
5. Strong relationship and team management skills;
6. Excellent report writing and analytical skills;
7. Strong communication skills both written and spoken;
8. Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.
