Quality Auditor – Night Shift
Location: Kettering
Pay Rate: £14.41 per hour (including night shift premium)
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? CSP Recruitment is looking for a Quality Auditor to join our client’s Technical team in Kettering. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM.
What Does the Role Entail?
As a Quality Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to audit factory systems against agreed standards to ensure continuous compliance. You’ll play a key role in upholding quality and food safety standards across all areas of the factory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct audits in all factory areas and address findings with relevant teams.
2. Perform sampling of ingredients and finished products, and swabbing according to schedules.
3. Calibrate designated equipment at set frequencies.
4. Manage documentation for due diligence purposes.
5. Log samples in designated systems as required.
6. Ensure adherence to quality and food safety policies and procedures using various tools.
7. Collaborate with the NPD team for product launches and trials.
8. Evaluate finished products through taste panels and QAS on-site.
9. Support metal detection arrangements and investigate quality issues.
10. Assist in preparing and delivering samples to customers.
11. Audit hygiene standards to maintain excellent housekeeping across the factory.
Essential Criteria:
1. Previous experience in an FMCG environment.
2. A strong customer focus and understanding of customer needs.
3. Knowledge of ethical practices and health & safety regulations.
4. Familiarity with GMP and HACCP standards.
