As a senior manager looking after a time-critical business in Dover, which has a turnover of approx. £100m, your job is to increase that turnover and create profit for the company by leading and implementing a sustainable revenue growth plan, delivering great service to our customers through swift, reliable, and profitable solutions, and constantly reviewing operating processes for improvement and efficiency.
You will be required to work with customers and suppliers on a daily basis, with you and your team operating at the highest possible standard of service and customer care, befitting the market we are engaged in and our key differentiator of offering “supply chain certainty” to our customers.
An inspirational leader is required for this role, one who has an eye for detail and can develop and motivate direct line reports and their teams.
Finally, you will maintain close relationships with all of the functional heads and take an active role in the strategic direction of the company, leading deployment of that within our Dover flagship office.
