OUR VALUES IN ACTION Care and Compassion Quality and Teamwork Dignity and Respect Openness, honesty and responsibility This is a fixed term post for 12 months We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager who will plan, manage and deliver agreed projects within the Primary Care Improvement Plan and NHS Borders Demonstrator Site Programme. This needs to be within timescales and budget, ensuring collaborative working across a broad range of stakeholders to support the delivery of the project objectives - using appropriate project management methodology, performance management, change and risk management skills. We are currently nearing the end of the Understanding phase of the our Primary Care Phased Investment Programme, a piece of work with Scottish Government and Healthcare Improvement Scotland to develop the local implementation of the GMS contract as a demonstrator site. This programme will help inform planning for the next steps in improving primary care and general practice sustainability nationally. This job is therefore an exciting opportunity to get involved in a programme of investment in a vital part of the healthcare landscape and contribute to something that will inform future national policy.
