One of my local government clients are currently recruiting an experienced Business Support Officer on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of the role being extended further to work Monday to Friday 8:45am to 17:15pm.
Hybrid working role where you will be asked to come in once a week.
Overview:
1. Reporting to the Senior Business Support Officer, the Business Support Officer will need to provide competent, organised and professional support and will handle sensitive and confidential information.
2. Preparing, distributing and writing minutes for multiple multi-agency safeguarding meetings.
3. Managing and responding to requests received in central inboxes.
4. Maintaining internal databases and ensuring statutory deadlines are met.
5. Ad hoc administrative duties to support the team.
