* Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Sales Strategy Contribution: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine sales strategies, processes, and tools.
* Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The Package:
* Generous holiday allowance; 25 days plus UK bank holidays. (up to 5 days can be rolled over, must be taken in the first three months of the new year).
* The software needed to succeed: The Microsoft Office suite, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot etc
* The business tools needed to succeed: Laptop, mobile phone and VoIP telephony.
* Competitive base salary: £27,500 per annum.
* Generous commission structure: OTE of £42,500.
* Pension plan (min. 3% employer contribution, after successful 3 month probation period).
* Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for personal and professional support, after successful 3 month probation period.
* Remote with occasional in-person meetings (hybrid-ish).
* In-person Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings somewhere in the UK; ‘all hands meet-up’.
* In-person monthly progress meetings (1:1s) with the Chief Product & Marketing Officer (your Line Manager).
* Virtual weekly catch-ups. As part of the Sales Growth Specialist role, you’ll leverage HubSpot to capture and track all sales activities and outcomes. This includes logging new leads, outreach efforts, discovery calls, demos, meetings, and lead qualifications using BANT criteria. You’ll document opportunities, client interactions, follow-up tasks, and manage proposals and contracts. Additionally, you’ll measure conversion rates, revenue, deal size, sales cycle length, client acquisition and retention, and upsell/cross-sell metrics. Your progress will be monitored against targets, ensuring a comprehensive view of your sales achievements.
* 3-month probation period (with the company’s right to extend)

* First Phone Interview: Your initial contact will be with the Chief Product & Marketing Officer (Co-Founder). This conversation will help determine if you have the required qualifications and if you align with our organisational culture and values. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about Linetide.
* Second and Final Interview: If you progress past the first phone interview, the second and likely final interview will be with the CEO/CTO (Co-Founder). This in-depth conversation will further assess your fit for the role and the company.
