Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Manufacturing Sector
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Annual Bonus
About Our Client:
Our client is a fast-growing company that specializes in providing cutting-edge products and services into the manufacturing sector, particularly in Oil & Gas and Defence. The business has experienced excellent growth over the past few years and is looking to continue driving growth from a commercial perspective. This role as a Business Development Executive will be a key driver in the growth plans, working closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team.

You’ll be responsible for:
* Cold calling and reaching out to potential clients within the manufacturing industry.
* Building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
* Presenting our client’s products and services to key decision-makers.
* Managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
* Working closely with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and to drive repeat business.
* Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
What Our Client Is Looking For:
* Proven sales experience (experience in a different B2B sector is also acceptable; manufacturing experience is a bonus but not essential).
* Comfortable with cold calling and able to get through to decision-makers.
* A motivated, driven, and self-starting individual who thrives in a business development role.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
* A goal-oriented mindset, with the drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
* A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
