Job Description
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
* Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist with event planning and implementation.
* Manage and organise office operations and procedures.
* Undertake any other duties consistent with the position of an Executive Assistant.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Executive Assistant' should have:
* A recognised qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office management tools.
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
