Job summary Worcester City PCN is looking for a Work and Health Employment Coach to support individuals facing health-related barriers to employment. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the WorkWell programme, working with local communities to provide coaching, guidance, and practical support to help people return to work or remain in employment. Main duties of the job As part of a wider county-wide network of employment coaches, you will manage a caseload of individuals with physical, mental, or social health challenges affecting their ability to work. You will assess their needs, develop action plans, provide one-to-one coaching, and refer them to relevant health and employment services. No clinical experience is required, and full training will be provided.
