As a Learning Supervisor, you will supervise students when their regular teacher is absent, ensuring they complete assigned work and maintaining discipline in the classroom. You will not teach new material but manage classroom behaviour and provide basic support to students as needed. Your role will involve overseeing multiple subjects and age groups, working closely with other staff, and handling administrative tasks like taking attendance and reporting incidents.
This role gives you the flexibility to work around your own schedule and take on work as and when you are available. This is a great opportunity to increase your exposure to secondary schools across Hertfordshire and gain valuable experience.

As a Learning Supervisor, you will be filling the gap of absent teachers within a school and covering lessons of all subjects.
