Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:
* Take responsibility for the professional learning and development of self-including participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of the team.
* Ensure that reports are up to date, of a high quality and submitted according to appropriate timescales.
* Lead safeguarding investigations ensuring completion within timescales and outcomes recorded and shared with relevant parties.
* To make appropriate assessment and act as care navigator for the individuals presenting with eligible social care needs within appropriate time limits and in collaboration with health and other agencies.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Degree in Social Work
* Registered with the HCPC
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
