More Information: To provide assessment and treatment of local service users living with a mental health condition primarily on an outpatient or community basis. Duties will include covering Duty, reviewing client notes, telephone calls, face-to-face brief or comprehensive assessments, attending the transfer of care meetings, and completing reports (transfers of care, MoJ, social circumstances). To be able to administer depot injections in line with the Trust PGD. Working as part of an MDT with psychology, psychiatry, peer support workers, link workers, and occupational therapy to support service users to live a fulfilling life alongside their mental health condition. Previous experience using SystmOne (community unit) and Rio is desirable.
QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. 6 months of Healthcare experience
2. Right to work in the UK
3. References covering the last 3 years of clinical employment
4. NMC Registration
5. Overseas Police Check, if any
6. Indemnity Insurance
7. Up-to-date CV
