You will:\n\nCollaborate and Communicate: Regularly interact with court users, judiciary members, legal professionals, and the public, ensuring effective communication and smooth processes.\nData Management: Collate and analyse complex information, manage data input, and frequently use Excel to maintain accuracy and efficiency.\nProcess Applications: Handle the processing of applications and orders, ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed meticulously.\nLiaison Duties: Act as a bridge between the courtroom, judiciary, and the public, ensuring seamless coordination and support.\nCorrespondence: Prepare and draft letters and emails, handling correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail.\nRoutine Preparation: Assist with the preparation of routine documents and maintain orderly administrative processes.What We're Looking For:\n\nCommunication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities.\nIT Savvy: Basic IT skills, particularly in working with software and Office 365 applications.\nExperience: Previous administrative experience is a plus, showcasing your capability to handle similar tasks effectively.This role is perfect for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the justice system's efficiency.
