HR BUSINESS PARTNER – CANTERBURY – Ideally you’ll be qualified to at least CIPD level 5
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team.
Working for a well-established and respected company, our client is seeking someone who is looking to build on the HR experience.
Exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a busy and friendly HR team based in Canterbury, Kent. You will be joining a busy HR and Recruitment team and be keen to get stuck in.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting and providing advice for employee relations cases.
2. Managing long-term absence cases.
3. Providing a high level of people management and development support including coaching.
4. Managing key HR projects.
5. Attending meetings onsite as necessary.
6. Supporting the HR administration function.
Person Specification:
You’ll be resilient, have the ability to influence the leadership and management teams around our people agenda and issues. You will be able to adapt quickly to manage changing priorities and feel comfortable working under pressure to achieve deadlines.
Ideally you’ll be qualified to at least CIPD level 5
Working hours: 5 days a week: 8.30am – 5.30pm
HR Business Partner Package:
Negotiable depending on experience
