Job overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to manage and oversee digital projects within the Pharmacy directorate at OUHFT, including our current Pharmacy Stock Control replacement project. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management and a passion for improving healthcare delivery through digital initiatives.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the overall management of the Pharmacy Stock Control replacement project, as well as future digital projects within Pharmacy. Responsibilities include:
1. Project definition and initiation
2. Stakeholder engagement
3. Project planning
4. Benefit-realisation and ensuring the project completes on time and within defined constraints
Once completed, the post holder will ensure system sign-off from all relevant stakeholders and produce a comprehensive post-implementation report, including handover to the pharmacy directorate management at project closure.

Qualifications
* Degree at minimum 2:1 level, or equivalent project management experience
* Evidence of continual personal development
Experience
* Understanding of the social, political, economic and technical context within which the NHS operates
* Demonstrable experience in the management of complex projects involving multi-disciplinary teams
* Experience managing complex projects to time and to a high quality
* Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of external and internal stakeholders at all levels
* Experience working with a range of individuals and organisations ideally in a healthcare setting
