WHAT TO EXPECT
We are currently hiring for the position of System Engineer – Customer Experience Delivery to lead and enhance our efforts in delivering modern luxury customer experience solutions. This role focuses on modelling customer experiences, gathering and refining requirements, managing diverse stakeholders, and benchmarking industry standards to ensure the delivery of innovative and efficient systems.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain end-to-end models of customer journeys and experiences using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and techniques.
2. Use modeling frameworks like SysML, MSOSA or other relevant tools to define system architecture and capture customer interactions at every touchpoint.
3. Ensure the models align with customer expectations, business objectives, and technical constraints.
4. Conduct comparative analyses of industry standards, customer experience trends, and competitor solutions.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, creative system engineers, and data analysts.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
1. Proficiency in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools (e.g., MSOSA Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody).
2. Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and customer experience modeling frameworks.
3. Expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements using tools like DOORS, Jama, or JIRA.
